"UMR never fails us! It’s always a great experience. At first I was very hesitant to board my dog since he’s never been left with anyone. UMR explained everything and made sure I was very comfortable. For Thanksgiving week I needed to board and Peyton worked to make some room for my dog. Kuddos to Peyton, thank you!! Now every time we board, my dog gets super excited as we arrive so I know he enjoys his time here."

"Our Ike is treated the way we treat him. They post pics of Ike daily, so I can see how he is doing also. He is loved on, and the staff spends time with him, and takes him for walks. And he gets wonderful treats and plays games to get treats. The facility is super clean. He loves being with all of the loving staff. They bathed him before we picked him up, and they are very knowledgeable about what he needs while we are away. They are the greatest!"
